YEAR 8
Students in Year 8 participate in:Students in Year 8 participate in:
- basic horticulture principles and skills involved in vegetable growing
chicken and breeds rearing and management
basic livestock handling, judging and sheep management practices
soils as a medium for plant growth
Students have the opportunity to particpate in the following excursions:

YEAR 9
Students in Year 8 participate in:
- horticulture skills including pruning,grafting and raising seedlings
enterprise management principles
field crop and fruit crop management
the farm as an ecological system incorporating
pastures and farm machines
sheep and poultry handling and judging
Students have the opportunity to particpate in the follwoing excursions:
- Canberra Show (Farmyard Nursery)

YEAR 10
Students in Year 8 participate in:
- continue to develop horticulture skills
small business enterprise
dairy/beef industry
viticulture
farm planning for sustainability
farm management incorporating inputs and outputs, records, budgets
aquaculture and water Studies
Students have the opportunity to particpate in the follwoing excursions:
- Canberra Show
